These organizations are participating in our exclusive Community Outreach program. Through this program, groups and organizations that directly work with State Workforce Agencies receive open job notifications on a daily basis that match the criteria they specifically requested. These daily notifications (known as JobCasts™) can be customized by location, profession, education and experience.

1-Stop Jobs Hocking CountyEvery Workforce Investment Area in Ohio has a comprehensive One-Stop system that meets the minimum criteria set forth by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Ohio is committed to the implementation of one-stop service delivery for employment and training programs. Funding was received from the U. S. Department of Labor to help pay for the one-time implementation costs associated with the transition to One-Stop service delivery. The Hocking County Job Services Center serves as a flagship and model of exactly how a One-Stop should function within its community.

CTEC works with its partner agencies, along with the WorkPlus Regional One-Stop Systems in Clark, Logan, Madison and Union Counties, to enhance our regional workforce. CTEC provides a central point of access for employment, training, and related services provided by many area agencies and service providers. Through this collaborative partnership, employers and job seekers can access many services at one central location, a true “one-stop” solution!

Central Ohio Workforce Investment Corporation

Central Ohio Workforce Investment CorporationJOBLeaders has partnered with Franklin County Job and Family Services, the State of Ohio Job and Family Service, and the City of Columbus to provide assistance to all job seekers including, but not limited to; those who are moving from public assistance and those seeking their next job quickly when they have been dislocated from their current employer. Our primary focus is helping people to obtain, retain or upgrade employment while assisting employers to gain and maintain a qualified workforce.

Chautauqua Works and New York State Department of Labor

Chautauqua Works and New York State Department of LaborTwo Chautauqua Works One-Stop Centers are currently operating in Chautauqua County. The Centers provide a network of comprehensive services and labor market information for employers, workers and job seekers. They offer skill assessment; central posting of job and skill needs; access to qualified service providers; financial aid for training and referrals to other education, training and social services. The Chautauqua County WIB has chosen Career Systems Development to serve as the operator of the One-Stop Centers.
