Job Description
Community Relations Manager - Full Time Position Available
 
Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCB) is seeking a seasoned professional to work in the areas of Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations. GCB is a growing, dynamic nonprofit organization serving more than 30,000 clients, with over 700 caring staff, and supported by a $45 million budget.
 
The right candidate will have a demonstrated track record in Leadership, Community Engagement and Outreach, Brand Development. The position will also have close ties to Development and Fundraising. 

Position Responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages GCB’s annual communications plan, and manages relationships with communications partners including agencies, contractors, designers, photographers, printers, video production, A/V, website, and event venues, etc.
  • Leads the evaluation and evolution of GCB’s brand identity and positioning in support of GCB’s strategic plan to drive programming impact and fundraising results.
  • Leads content strategy and manages implementation across GCB’s website, e-communications, and social media.
  • Develops suite of marketing assets, including brochures, videos, and annual reports, and paid media partnerships and ad placements.
  • Collaborates with Program leaders and Development to support successful community engagement strategies and partnerships.
  • Manages GCB’s Speakers Bureau and develops strategy and event calendar to ensure GCB’s representation and participation across key community events

Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Position requires a demonstrated track record in Leadership, Community Engagement and Outreach and Brand Development.
