Job Description
The Administrative Support Associate (part-time) performs a variety of administrative responsibilities related to the designated functional area within the Accounting department.  The Administrative Support Associate may provide general office support to staff, complete data entry and general reporting, update/develop administrative materials as needed, maintain filing, coordinate copying and address basic business needs.  This person will also handle miscellaneous accounting activities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (some college experience preferred). Students currently enrolled welcome, as hours are flexible.
  • 1+ years' of related work experience in an administrative support and/or customer service capacity.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to multi-task, as well as work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
  • Demonstrated organization, customer service and telephone skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, notably Microsoft Excel.
