Job Description
Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCB) has an opening for an Integrated Counseling Therapist to provide provide mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.  This position is part of our Child & Family Services division and serves a wide variety of clients in Cincinnati/Clermont Co.

We are looking for an individual with a BSW and LSW or a MSW/LSW.  We also offer free licensure supervision. Obtaining your LISW would result in a 5% pay increase!

We have a Full Time position available that comes with a full benefits package!

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides counseling, mental health, and substance abuse services to individuals and families in accordance with the agencies strategic plan while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
  • Provides face-to-face service hours based on agency productivity standards.
  • Provides individual, couple, family and group therapy as dictated by client needs
  •  Performs a variety of casework duties, including analysis of assessment data, formulation of treatment plan, and implementation of the treatment
Position Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling or within 6 months of completion.
  • LISW, LSW working on independent licensure.
  • Has knowledge of a variety of treatment approaches and modalities including:  psycho-dynamic, psycho-social, solution focused, family therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, systems approach, strength based approaches, cognitive behavioral, substance abuse, sex abuse treatment and other evidence or research based approaches.
  • Has knowledge of intellectual disabilities.
