Job Description
Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCB) has an opening for an Integrated Counseling Therapist to provide mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.  This position is part of our Child & Family Services division and serves a wide variety of clients in Hamilton and Clermont Co.

We are looking for an individual with a LISW/LSW/LPC/LPCC.  We also offer free licensure supervision. Obtaining your LISW/LPCC would result in a 5% pay increase!

We have a Fee for Service position available!  Flexible Hours!

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides mental health counseling located in one of our partner agencies
  • Provides individual, couple, family and group therapy as dictated by client needs
  •  Performs a variety of casework duties, including analysis of assessment data, formulation of treatment plan, and implementation of the treatment
  • Attends meetings as requested
  • Able to provide 16-20 hours, including 1 evening 
Position Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling or within 6 months of completion.
  • LISW, LPCC, LSW, LPC working on independent licensure.
  • Has knowledge of a variety of treatment approaches and modalities including:  psycho-dynamic, psycho-social, solution focused, family therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, systems approach, strength based approaches, cognitive behavioral, substance abuse, sex abuse treatment and other evidence or research based approaches.
