Position Summary: Supervises licensed nursing staff and other assigned nursing support staff. The Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Program Manager serves as a liaison between the Director of Nursing Services and nursing staff as well as other staff in other areas of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the planning, development, and day-to-day operations of the Medication Assisted Treatment program across all GCB locations, clinical training of staff within service area, the monitoring of clinical service delivery and the identification of ongoing training needs and strategies.
Responsible for the supervision, scheduling and evaluation of all nursing staff as assigned.
Assists in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to insure safe, efficient and effective delivery of nursing services.
Oversees medication management, provides education and training to nursing staff and other assigned nursing support staff, collaborates with care management teams, assists in the development of patient treatment planning, and serves as a resource to others regarding psychiatric and medical nursing practices.
Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of nursing services.
Provides direct nursing services to patient.
Provides leadership to service documentation processes. Collaborates closely with Medical Records, AQ/QI and other management staff to ensure staff are trained in and provide quality clinical documentation.
Collaborates with all Management Team Members, participates in organizational development and management efforts such as CARF and electronic health records.
Develops and oversees clinical risk management processes for service area and provides guidance and direction to supervisors and other staff in relation to complex clinical issues. Ensures services are provided in a manner to secure safety of staff and clients.
Position Requirements:
BSN licensed to practice in the state of Ohio and 2 years of experience or RN licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and 4 years experience, or MSN, Advanced Practice Nurse or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
Position requires the use of a personal cell phone. Position may require occasional driving of own vehicle. Valid driver’s license and vehicle may be required.
