Job Description
Immediate opening for a Therapist to work with children for Integrated Counseling team as part a new clinic in Amelia, OH.  The ideal candidate will have a Ohio LSW or LPC and prior experience working with children and families.

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is developing a new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) in Clermont County. This national model will strengthen and transform how behavioral health and physical medical services are provided to adults and children with mental health and substance use issues by providing fully integrated and holistic care.  Please read more about this new program here GCBHS SAMHSA Grant.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provides counseling, mental health, and substance use disorder services to children.
  • Provides individual, family, and group therapy as dictated by client needs.
  • Performs a variety of casework duties, including analysis of assessment data, formulation of treatment plan, and implementation of the treatment.

Position Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
  • Licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as LSW or LPC and working toward independent licensure required.
  • Demonstrated communication and counseling skills.
  • Position may require some varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
