Job Description

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is looking for a part-time Project Coordinator/Data Specialist to assist with our state grant in our outpatient behavioral health clinic in Clermont County, Ohio.  This is a great opportunity for an individual looking for an administrative role working closely with both grant data and individuals experiencing substance use disorders.

Position Summary for Project Coordinator/Data Specialist:

This position provides data management support services to the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant.  This position will maintain the grant’s charts and data, participate in the collection of outcome data from clients, which may include conducting face to face interviews, and manage all required data collection and data entry.  This position will be responsible for providing program support services to Clermont Recovery Center staff and clients.  Additionally, this position may assist in outreach and engagement activities with the grant’s targeted population, individuals experiencing substance use disorders, when necessary.


Requirements for Project Coordinator/Data Specialist:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.  Knowledge of the substance use and mental health systems strongly desired.  Experience with data collection including conducting personal interviews desired.
