Flexible Seasonal Position for Lawn and Grounds Services

Job Description
We are looking for an individual to provide seasonal lawn and grounds coverage at our large outpatient behavioral health organization in Cincinnati. Unique opportunity to work in Vocational Rehabilitation as a lead groundskeeper. Initial full time hours through the spring into the early summer to meet demands. Then a flexible 2-3 workday per week on average to complete the season.
Work Schedule:
Varies / Seasonal Work (40 hrs. weekly till July – avg. 16 hours weekly till November 1)

Work Schedule:

Position Responsibilities:
- Lead and Assist small crew of adults with mental health diagnoses to perform lawn care and landscape contract work.
- This position is a hands-on working supervisor role. Duties will include leading efforts to cut grass, and perform landscape maintenance at commercial facilities.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma and a minimum of two years working in a supervisory or lead worker role.
- Physically fit with a positive attitude towards work and rehabilitation.
- Mechanical aptitude required; experience with commercial lawn equipment desired.
- Excellent time management, communication and documentation skills and ability to be flexible with work schedule required.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record are required.
