This position starts at $60,320 ($29 per hour) plus Quarterly Bonus and Full Benefits Package.  We are now offering a new new $4,000 Sign On Bonus for RNs.  Our nursing positions work Monday-Friday with No Nights or Weekends!

• Provide nursing services (primarily med/somatic) on site and in the community to clients with a psychiatric nursing focus.  Administer medications and injections and provide medical/health screening and minor physical health duties (dressing changes/blood pressure screening/monitoring glucose levels/etc.).
• By assertive outreach, attempts to engage the patient in identifying and expressing his/her own needs, offers services to assist in meeting these needs within job duties, and re-assesses needs and outcomes with the patient.
• A primary focus will be relapse prevention/mental and physical health promotion; will work closely with the teams to identify/evaluate factors leading to relapse, will collaborate with team and other providers to develop and implement service interventions to ensure patient holistic health stability.

• OH RN license required.
• Experience in working with persons who have a chronic mental illness preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills.
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule and assignments.
