Supporting Key Account Managers, Client Managers, Project Coordinators (PC), Project Handlers (PH), and Auditors planning and coordinating the sampled assessment of Technical Documentation (TD) of class II devices (MDD, MDR)
Verify product codes for upcoming TD's
Provide appropriate information for scheduling reviewers to the PC's
Act as escalation path when reviewers cannot be identified
Monitor completion of TD's to ensure they are performed prior to the audit taking place (ensure nothing is missed)
Regularly update the status of the projects using internal business management software (PSE)
Desired Associate Degree in Natural Science or similar
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
Advanced analytical knowledge of data
Process-oriented with great documentation skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Documentation management and ability to use project management tools
Attention to details even under pressure
