Job Description
Responsible for the Critical Vendors Program which involves: Analysis of underlying drivers of critical inherent risk vendor engagements Preparation and review of risk drivers with Engagement Managers, TPG Leads and Executive Sponsors Coach and guide businesses through requisite governance of critical engagements to ensure appropriate risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements Maintain the list of critical vendors and advise key stakeholders of updates; present for approval through TPR Risk Committee any changes to critical vendor list Review and approve proposed candidates for Executive Sponsors (ES) to ensure appropriate level of seniority is aligned to the responsibilities of ES Develop/influence methodologies relating to the categorization of vendors Responsible to operate Continuous Monitoring capabilities which includes: Relationship management/engagement manager with key suppliers of continuous monitoring services Receipt and review of alerts from those services Distribution and tracking of alerts to appropriate stakeholders Create regular reporting Request and analyze ad hoc research conducted through service providers relating to circumstantial risks Responsible to oversee the process of Executive Sponsor quarterly meetings with critical vendors. Includes: Communication routines to kick-off and instruct Executive Sponsors and TPG Leads Track and report meetings progress to key stakeholders and leadership Function as quality control of documentation sufficiency for each meeting Receive and record/store key artefacts relating to the ES meetings Lead/drive process improvements, automation and improved user experience across in-scope processes Seek out, evaluate and present industry standards and best practices Develop and recommend policy language updates where appropriate Other duties and priorities as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent. MBA preferred Experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Third Party Risk Management. Broad skill set including strong understanding of end to end supply chain and operations, which includes, third party risk management, strategic sourcing, category management, accounts payable, source to pay operations Demonstrated leadership development, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class risk management practice and supply chain management experience for our internal clients. 7+ years of relevant work experience, with 3-5 years of management experience, preferred. Outstanding track record managing and leading large, complex projects, extensive knowledge and understanding of procurement and sourcing processes and practices preferred. Lean Sigma Six Certification desired; Design Thinking experience desired Must be service oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of company personnel and suppliers. Outstanding people skills and ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Able to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and exceptional attention to detail. Must possess strong analytical, financial, verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams Experience managing federated teams tasked with delivering against goals and targets Highly analytical skill set with aptitude for data-driven argumentation Strong communication skillset and an assertive approach Certified Sourcing Professional (CSP) / Certified Third-Party Risk Management Professional (CTPRP) desired Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
