Starting pay ranges are competitive and we are actively hiring for multiple shifts. We also offer shift differentials for certain shifts. 
 
Day Shift: 6am-6pm
Night Shift: 6pm-6am  


We also have a wage progression program that allows entry level new hires to increase their rates up to three times in their first year based on strong performance. We also encourage promotion from within to our Press Operator career path - learn a skilled trade to build a career with MCC Label!

Work environment: Often loud, safety equipment is required (We have reimbursement programs for safety shoes and safety glasses). While we prefer candidates with six months of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment, we’ll consider other types of backgrounds, too, especially if you have a mechanical background and are a great team player.
