Job Overview: This position is responsible for the efficient, cost effective operations of the Occupational Therapy and Therapeutic Recreation services, and Art Therapy Services of the Department of Psychiatry and Senior Behavioral Health. Also responsible for oversight of the provision of direct patient care, OT/TR program development for inpatient and outpatient programs, development of staff, clinical education of OT/TR staff and students, and also provides direct patient care for the Day treatment program. This position is also responsible for the continuous improvement of the OT/TR/AT program so that quality care is delivered to primary customers, and maintains a positive working alliance with administrative and treatment teams.
