We're seeking a Director, Infrastructure Engineering Manager (VDS/VDI/Citrix) to join our Technology Services Group (Technology Production Services).

This role is preferred to be located in Pittsburgh or Lake Mary (Northern Orlando, FL) via hybrid in office work arrangement.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following:

  • Responsible for Analyzing and creating business models, logical specifications from user requirements to develop solutions for VDI.
  • Designing, developing and implementing software applications, while creating system procedures to ensure that the development made on VDI functions efficiently.
  • Writing source code, preparing the test data, and debugging programs to improve performance of the application software.
  • Executing functional test plans, validating test results, and documenting the process and data analysis.
  • Participating in Scrum meetings and coordinating with the business team to understand the needs and to implement the same into functional design.
  • Maintaining, modifying programs and making approved changes by amending flow charts and developing detailed programming logic and coding changes.
  • In addition to facilitating primary contact with various vendors involved with VDI architecture and support.
  • Submitting and performing RFC's for VDI upkeep, as well as liaising with our Engineering team globally.
  • Participate in scrum meetings to determine software application needs and implement the same into a function design.
  • Review, analyze and create user requirement s, procedures, and processes to automate or improve existing systems.
  • Define, develop and record system's business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications for the application environment.
  • Analyze, develop and implement system specification and create technical documentation to support the application that meet user requirement.
  • Analyze, develop, deploy, document, maintain and support system and applications.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive system test plans to ensure that systems and programs are tested and debugged.
  • Technologies: Active directory Domain Services (AD DS), AD lightweight Directory Services, AD certificate Services, Active Directory Federation Services, Active Directory rights management services, DNS, Exchange Server, Hyper-V, VMWare, WSUS, PowerShell, PowerCli, System Center Virtual Machine Manager, R2, SCCM, R@, IIS, DHCP,TCP/IP, Citrix, Microsoft Azure.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 12-15 years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
