Overview

HILGARTWILSON, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Project Manager - Site Development to become a part of our growing company. HILGARTWILSON has extensive experience providing services on many of the Valley's largest and most prestigious master-planned communities, retail, office, educational, healthcare, mixed use developments and public works projects.


Responsibilities

  • Oversees the preparation of design reports, design plans, and other documents.
  • Responsible for quality control, schedules and oversight of plan production.
  • Delegates work and gives team technical guidance assuring design is technically sound and cost efficient.
  • Coordinates with team members, staff, municipalities, consultants and clients.
  • Provides highly technical design and quality control.
  • Processes plans with the local jurisdiction.
  • Responsible for project billing, project proposals and client satisfaction.
  • Mentors dedicated design staff in areas of technical expertise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years civil engineering experience with public and/or private entities.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in AZ or ability to obtain in AZ within 6 months.
  • Strong technical skills and capable of preparing design on site development projects.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Displays strong judgement and organizational skills.
  • Thrives in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail quality work and client service.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage and meet multiple critical deadlines.
