Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC delivers enterprise and technology modernization solutions to US federal clients, we are looking for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer. As an innovative and dynamic organization, we are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in developing high-quality object-oriented programs and a consistent track record of successfully implementing RPA projects using UiPath. This is a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline and optimize our business processes. Expertise in object-oriented programming and hands-on experience with UiPath will be instrumental in driving efficiency and scalability in our automation initiatives. Key responsibilities: As the RPA Developer, you will:
  • Collaborate with business analysts and collaborators to identify automation opportunities and design RPA solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop, configure, and deploy scalable and efficient RPA bots using UiPath platform.
  • Create detailed user documentation, including process design documents, solution architecture, and test cases.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment to business rules and regulations.
  • Solve and debug any issues arising during development, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Optimize and enhance existing automation workflows to continuously improve process efficiency.
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Maintain and monitor RPA bots in production to ensure smooth and error-free execution.
  • Deliver training and support to business users on applying and understanding RPA solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in RPA technology and UiPath platform to recommend standard processes and improvements.
Required Skills:
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing high-quality object-oriented programs using languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing RPA projects using UiPath.
  • Solid understanding of RPA concepts, workflows, and standard methodologies.
  • Proficiency in UiPath Studio and Orchestrator for bot development and management.
  • Experience with process automation modeling and RPA software such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, WorkFusion, Appian, Pega, ServiceNow, Python
  • Solid knowledge of automation techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience in process analysis, documentation, and process improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work multi-functionally in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical collaborators.
  • Proven track record delivering successful RPA solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Certified: UiPath Advanced Developer (UiARD) and/or UiPath Certified RPA Associate (UiRPA)

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location $85K - $120K.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
