Job Overview:
The Good Samaritan College of Nursing and Health Science (GSC) College Operations Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of the physical campus and ensuring efficiency and compliance in processes and procedures including policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain an inventory of all classrooms, offices and shared spaces within the college to grow efficiency in our occupancy and utilization of space. Conduct regular inspections to ensure work orders are placed timely and the college's facilities are maintained. Work closely with GSH maintenance and operations to ensure work orders are placed on time and completed. The Campus Administrator will communicate and coordinate with internal College leaders and TriHealth/ Good Samaritan Hospital team members to manage the physical campus and safety and security as it pertains to the Clery Act. This position has responsibility for collaborating with Good Samaritan Hospital security to ensure all required incidents are reported on time in the Cleary Act. Work closely with GSH security team to conduct trainings and desktop exercises to ensure GSC is prepared to handle emergencies as they arise. Other responsibilities include assisting with planning, coordinating, and implementing activities in support of campus programs and services including but not limited to alumni events. This team member will work with all GSC leaders to track and process GSC expenses and will work with accounts payable to ensure timely payment of invoices. The College Operations Administrator will report to the Dean of Financial Services and Development with a dotted line to the GSC President.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Organizational Leadership or Development
Equivalent relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree
Experience using Microsoft Office produces including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
3-4 years Professional Management experience , Higher Education; Organizational Development; business
3-4 years Customer Service, Education, higher education; business management
