Change Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

The key to an organization's growth is strong stakeholder engagement, metrics, and analytics that inform leadership on the success of the mission based on feedback and reports. As a change management professional, you know how to conduct surveys and gather stakeholder feedback to develop reports for leadership to expose trends, gaps, and potential outliers for better decision making. We're looking for an experienced change management specialist like you who is ready to grow and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day. Here, you'll advance your consulting skills to design, develop, produce, and consult on a variety of presentations, metrics reports, and change analytics that support the client.

As a change management specialist on our team, you'll develop change management products for military clients and stakeholders to better prioritize resources across the Army. You will perform metrics and data analytics on survey results and social media trends. As a collaborator on the change management team, aspects of strategic communications will also be required. You will need to also develop, write, and edit communications products and informational materials that are tailored to specific government audiences. You will identify and prioritize product deliverables in a client-ready format and meet deadlines independently and regularly collaborate with clients to clarify technical topics. You'll leverage social media and marketing platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and show interest in social media trends.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with change metrics and analytics
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, and social media outlets
  • Experience writing and editing material
  • Ability to develop online surveys
  • Ability to conduct and manage focus groups
  • Ability to conduct social listening analysis from Sprinklr
  • Ability to gather information and synthesize it into client-ready deliverables
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Qualtrics
  • Experience supporting the Army or DoD in a consulting capacity

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
