We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Transformation Manager to join our Fund / Client Accounting team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our fund accounting operations and client reporting services. This leadership role focuses on improving operational processes and client interactions through innovative solutions and effective project management.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to translate operational needs into practical technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and integration.
  • Lead a team with autonomy to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage project lifecycles from planning to execution, focusing on enhancing client service delivery through improved operational practices.
  • Foster cross-functional teamwork across client accounts to align project outcomes with broader business objectives.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in driving operational changes that contribute to the overall transformation and efficiency of the department.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of total work experience and at least 1-3 years in management preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting or fund administration would be advantageous.
  • Proven expertise in SQL and data analytics.
  • Extensive project management experience in the financial services industry, particularly in fund accounting or fund administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and capability to oversee significant strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, effective at leading teams and coordinating between diverse operational groups.
  • This role is suited for a strategic leader who excels in optimizing business processes and enhancing client satisfaction through thoughtful innovation and leadership.
