A Brief Overview


The AVP Belron and Board Support is responsible for developing communications to effectively convey the company's strategy and vision to Belron and our Board. This position will be proactively thinking one step ahead of the shareholders' request by providing insights and data to build awareness and drive decisions. This position will be responsible for challenging and influencing financial decisions related to the business strategy. This position will be responsible for building networks across the business to ensure high degree of partnership and cohesion.

What you will do

  • Create and execute overall strategy for all Belron and shareholder inquires. Manage and drive formal and informal communications and reporting updates between Safelite, Belron and shareholders. Responsible for inquiries from Belron senior leaders regarding financials, operations, and market trends.

  • Lead coordination and preparation for monthly board reviews. Create headlines and stories for board decks. Partner with CEO and CFO to share data and insights in a digestible format. Responsible for all questions and requests in-between monthly meetings.

  • Collaborate with cross functional leaders to drive solutions to complex business problems. Responsible for connecting the dots, gathering facts and data from multiple stakeholders and sources. Challenge Safelite finance team to improve the quality.

  • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to develop scripts, talking points, presentations and other communications strategies and materials that clearly illustrate the company's performance.

  • Resource support for all finance. Help mature communications and storytelling across finance. Closely collaborate with VP Finance BPs to ensure consistent knowledge, insight, and messaging. Provide recommendations on how the VP Finance BPs can tell the story better and influence decisions.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes that could impact the businesses performance.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience Qualifications

  • 10+ years Progressive financial, business partnership and leadership experience required

  • 4-6 years Investor relations experience preferred

  • 4-6 years Experience supporting private equity ownership required

  • 4-6 years Experience in public and private sector preferred
