Division: Supportive Housing

Pay Range: $19.99 - $22.00 per hour

PURPOSE

According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations. Administrative and Data Analyst is responsible for collaborating with the Regional Director of Operations and the Regional Director of Supportive Services to provide analysis and recommend action plans to ensure compliance with CARF and funder standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Analyzes monthly dashboard reports and recommends action plans to ensure programs are meeting CARF and funder standards.

  • Prepares and organizes program plans, policies, employee handbook, and other documentation required for audits and accreditation surveys.

  • Monitors and analyzes training completion reports to ensure compliance with CARF and funder standards.

  • Provides leadership, records minutes and ensures required actions are taken for Blended Management activities.

  • Generates trend reports, analyzes and provides suggestions for action plans for specified metrics utilizing data from Yardi, Inspect Check, Care Guide, HMIS, and Workday and other sources.

  • Conducts quality assurance procedures and internal audits utilizing consistent randomization process for all databases, records, documentation in collaboration with the Clinical Director.

  • Tracks incentive metrics for Maintenance Staff.

  • Assists with the completion of budgets for grant applications.

  • Develops and recommends strategic solutions to resolve issues regarding metrics and budgets.

  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine value for special projects as needed for grant proposals.

  • Monitors grant spending to ensure it remains within budget and in compliance with Grant Agreement.

  • Estimates and forecasts future financial needs for PSH programs.

  • Other Duties as assigned

  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines, to other relevant state and federal regulations, and to company policies regarding compliance, integrity, patient privacy and ethical billing practices

  • Complete all required training and develop individual professional development goals annually.

  • Provide timely insightful analysis with designated time frames

  • Efficiently and effectively complete items on position task list including specific duties

COMPETENCIES
  • Proficient in MSOffice, including formulas and function within Excel spreadsheets.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong quantitative analytical abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately with minimal oversight.

  • Strong ability to work in team environment with competing priorities.

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or similar required

Experience: 2 years' experience required
