Recovery Resources (a nonprofit comprehensive mental health/behavioral organization) is seeking an HR Recruiter/Coordinator who may be interested in growing their career. In this position you'll provide the highest level of full life cycle recruiting services, identifying and delivering quality candidates at all levels to advance the Recovery Resources brand.A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business acumen and personal organization is required. This position is a part of the HR team and will also be a resource for employees and assist with various HR-related projects.

Minimum qualification for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum orfive years of experience in lieu of the degree
• Minimum two year of recruiting experience
