Join Atlas Copco Industrial Assembly Solutions (IAS) as a Key Account Manager, where you will lead our strategy at selected customers to increase customer experience, increase sales in projects/daily use, and ensure specification of our products to increase use across your assisgned territory. As part of the sales team, you will report to the Vice President of Sales and work with customers in Ohio.

What we expect of you:
  • Understanding the customer's goals and supplier expectations.
  • Understanding our business position with the customer.
  • Creating and executing an annual business plan.
  • Meeting established sales goals (volume and dollars)
  • Providing representation as a strategic resource to our customers' corporate offices and assigned plant locations.
  • Creating and leading the execution of all customer-specific strategies.
  • Formally introducing all new products to pertinent personnel with a customer-specific benefit/value focus.
  • Identifying product development needs.
  • Serving as an active resource with the key account.
  • Creating | communicating best practice sales and marketing material for the sales team.
  • Participating in the global strategy to win major programs outside the local country.
  • Providing guidance and support as any Atlas Copco personnel requested regarding their efforts with the key account's plants in their region.
  • Striving constantly for total customer satisfaction with regular interaction with all plant locations.
Educational requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent professional working experience
Experience:
  • 3+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Experience in the automotive industry, specifically with vehicle program development, program launches, and technical equipment specifications preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in sealant and adhesive dispensing systems, mechanical joining, sales strategy, industrial management, and technical ability are preferred.
