Partner with the best
The HSE Leader for the North America Region, will partner directly with the Field Services teams within the region and support the Business Unit Services Leadership Teams to design and drive a strategy to strengthen an interdependent culture and improve HSE performance.
As the North America Field Services HSE Leader you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with leadership teams of the NA Region while driving a sense of shared accountability and continuous improvement in the HSE performance.
- Partnering with the operating business unit teams that are responsible to proactively improve HSE performance.
- Overseeing investigations into incidents to ensure root cause is understood, corrective actions in place and all steps taken to ensure there is no repetition.
- Inspiring and leading a team of HSE professionals, set high expectations and take accountability for their overall performance, their pace and urgency in implementing HSE improvements.
- Identifying, attracting, retaining, and nurturing key individuals with the critical capabilities needed by the organization.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university HSE sciences, engineering, or related field
- Have 10+ years of combined experience in operations, HSE and teams' leadership gained in an international environment and/or multinational company.
- Be able to coach and mentor executive leaders and help them drive cultural changes within their organizations.
- Be able to travel up to 35%.
