The Associate Director of Advisor Engagement and Retention (AD) reports directly to the Director of University Advising Leadership in the Office of Advising and Academic Services. The Associate Director oversees the design, development, and implementation of campus-wide advisor engagement and development. The AD will be responsible for working with colleges, campus partners, and advising units to create and facilitate high quality advisor engagement opportunities and experiences that promote a culture of advising excellence. The AD participates in strategic planning with various stakeholders to pursue a culture of innovation, collaboration, courage, and compassion. The AD is responsible for promoting best practices in hiring and advancement of an equitable advising culture. This is a hybrid position.
