Responsibilities

* Serves as primary contact and relationship manager of select CMNH corporate partners and programs.
* Actively cultivates local representatives and facilitates their fundraising efforts.
* Coordinates local and regional partnerships, to include activity development, marketing collateral, budgets, and stewardship through store visits.
* Plans and participates in the execution of awareness campaign strategies including planning, logistics, and volunteer management.
* Manages multiple campaigns and programs, supports with fundraising projects, communicates with patient families participating in events, and coordinates effective correspondence with donors and prospects.
* Facilitates campaign related presentations and cultivates effective working relationships with various people.

Qualifications

Education Requirement: Bachelors' Degree in relevant discipline or related professional experience, required.

Licensure Requirement: Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated personal initiative, devotion to Hospital mission and personal ongoing education.
* Ability to self-initiate and work independently.
* Ability to maintain professional composure in stressful situations.
* Ability to be trusted with personal, confidential information, and make ethical decisions.
* Must be proficient with data queries and reporting and must be able to provide detailed analysis of assigned campaigns/events.

Experience:
* One year of fundraising experience with a proven track record of successfully fundraising individual and corporate gifts, lending assistance with special events, and working with volunteer committees.
* Experience with public speaking.
* Experience and proficiency with Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office, required.
* Knowledge of social media strategies, preferred.
