Job Description

Our Land Development team is growing, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join us in our Columbus, OH offices. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline with more on the horizon! Qualified candidates should be strong communicators and multi-taskers who can work on several projects at once.

Here are some of the things we see you working on:

  • Engage in Business Development activities to develop and maintain relationships with private real estate land development and redevelopment clients that result in a stable book of business with them.
  • Prepare proposals and budgets for new projects.
  • Manage client relationships and accounts, including billing & collections, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Lead project design teams to successfully execute projects.
  • Mentor and train staff.
  • Attend, participate in, and lead training sessions and management meetings, as applicable.
  • Meet regularly with the Land Development Practice Area Director to discuss mission alignment, quality assurance and control, staff development, proposals, budgets, and project performance.

Successful Backgrounds Could Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • PE license required.
