Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Define, execute and maintain the security & risk management strategy related to the tools, technologies and processes used within ISC Operations and IT Security while adhering to all CISO standards
  • Define, execute and maintain the business resiliency, continuity planning & disaster recovery strategy for ISC Plants, Labs and Design Centers
  • Drive and implement major Security, Risk Management and Business Continuity programs across ISC
  • Understand and recommend Cyber Security IT/OT concepts and architecture and how to best protect against viruses / malware and other threat vectors across ISC assets (aka the Connected Enterprise)
  • Partner with BUs, IT & CISO to understand current technology threats and mitigations available. Ensure ISC security roadmaps align with Rockwell's enterprise strategy
  • Perform analysis and define recommendations, implementation and mitigation plans related to the overall risk management strategy required to maintain ISC business continuity
  • Define / prioritize multiple risk management solutions / options into a presentable format and be able to communicate to ISC senior leadership.
  • Monitor / influence ISC operational changes (with regard to security risk management) to ensure adherence to CISO & IT/OT Security governance, policy and standards
  • Knowledgeable of the features, tools and processes used for maintaining network and internet security, including the ability to understand concepts tied to the prevention of intrusion and unauthorized access to cloud and on premise networked systems.
  • Work closely with IT, CISO & Business technical architects to ensure that the internal and customer facing risk management solutions are scalable, productive and secure
  • Conduct ISC business readiness in order to support the deployment of enterprise IT / CISO enterprise initiatives
  • Handle customer inquiries related to OT security, business continuity and disaster recovery

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with FTPC, Claroty, AutoCAD, Splunk, Symantec, Networks, IT Systems
  • 10 years of diversified experience including work in areas such as Manufacturing, Cyber-security and/or IT
  • The ability to expand manufacturing, technology concepts; influence, recommend and gain respect of ISC Senior Management
  • Desire to work in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent program management and quantitative skills
  • Good knowledge of RA products IT, OT and manufacturing processes
  • High energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
  • Working knowledge of industrial automation OT system architecture and products

Travel: Typically 10% or less (Domestic and International)

Reporting Relationship

  • Direct report to Director, SC Strategy Orchestration. Dotted line to the CISO.

This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
