Job Description
What this job involves -
Execute room and Audio Visual equipment inspections. Complete meeting room and special event venue set-up per meeting owners' requirements. Maintain Audio Visual asset inventory.

Your day to day:
Complete daily/weekly meeting room inspections. Document inspection results with the use of mobile device.
Print and post daily meeting room schedules.
Maintain Audio Visual asset inventory database documenting equipment location and ID numbers.
Move, set up, arrange, break down tables and chairs per daily set up requirements for flexible seating meeting room spaces. Transport and set up portable AV equipment across a campus of 3 buildings.
Set up and tear down of special event venues, tables, chairs, linens, skirting, AV equipment, cabling etc.
Follows direction of supervisor. Communicates well with all team members and client.
Complies with departmental policy for all safe practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Sound like you? To apply you need:
High school diploma or state equivalent required. AV training, certification preferred.
Prefer 2 years' experience in banquet set up or AV, meeting room set-up and support.
Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports and has excellent customer service skills.
Familiar with computer equipment and Microsoft Office applications.
Requires the ability to move, lift 50 lbs., set up and tear down folding tables and chairs for large meetings. Ability to frequently walk around the buildings and up and down stairs.
You enjoy and excel working on a fast-paced environment.
You are detailed oriented to deliver results timely and with the highest quality.
