Regal Rexnord, a leading supplier in the Aerospace industry, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist I to assist and support the Human Resources Department in areas focused on recruitment, employee relations, data integrity and management,training and total associate engagement. This position will report to the Plant Manager with dotted line/functional reporting to the Division Human Resources Director. This role is full time on site in Twinsburg, OH.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the implementation of HR policies and initiatives
  • Provides exceptional customer service by answering and responding to general HR questions for employees in a timely manner
  • Supports open enrollment process for benefits
  • Process day-to-day transactions in Workday
  • Assists in the recruitment and onboarding process
  • Assists with employee relations and disciplinary issues
  • Assists with Total Associate Engagement Events and community outreach initiatives
  • Prepares and maintains personnel files, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintains records and compiles reports as need from database
  • Prepares, distributes and posts communication announcements
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Experience and Skill Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Must be both reliable and dependable
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work in both team and individual settings
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and HCM Systems

  • Willingness and ability to take accountability and ownership of work
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changes
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as necessary
