Job Description

Instruction in the Human and Social Services and Chemical Dependency programs. This position supports the College's mission and strategic plan.

This position is for a flexible teaching schedule. Courses may be offered on the Main or Akron campuses. Day and evening schedules are available.

Instruction in the classroom and/or Online; preparation of instructional materials; assessment of student performance, including early alerts, and submission of grades; ability to work effectively with different learning styles and a diverse student population.

Requires a minimum of a Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Requires a minimum of five years experience working in the social work field.

Basic computer skills; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of the current best practices in the field; strong organizational skills
