Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain operations by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of supply chain principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain models, forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and other departments to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and reduce costs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues impacting supply chain performance and develop solutions to address them.
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement strategies to improve quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate transportation and distribution networks to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the implementation of supply chain software systems and tools to automate processes and improve visibility.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience working in supply chain analysis or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or SAP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles, including procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain software systems and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) is a plus.
  • Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) is desirable.
