SUMMARY

The Treasury Analyst II position is a member of the Treasury Operations team reporting to the Treasury Operations Manager. They will be responsible for all stock related requests including shareholder inquires, stock sales, dividend processing, year-end tax reporting and stock recordkeeping within the stock software. The role will have cash management duties including payments, cash positioning, borrowing/investing and journal entries utilizing our Treasury management system GTreasury. They will monitor the cash operations and treasury shareholder services inboxes.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process all stock sales and respond to shareholder inquiries.
  • Assist with annual stock programs with guidance from the Treasury Operations Manager.
  • Enter any electronic payments within GTreasury, our Treasury workstation, and process any check related requests within the appropriate online banking and general ledger system.
  • Review daily bank account activity and process recommended transfers within GTreasury.
  • Prepare and post journal entries.
  • Administer user access within the bank systems, implementation of new services, and assist with updating bank signors
  • Support cross-functional projects and enterprise initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business (Accounting or Finance preferred)
  • 2-4 years of Treasury operations experience
  • Experience using a Treasury workstation, GTreasury preferred.
  • Team player with excellent collaborative and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detai

  • CTP designation
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Driven and self-starter

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
