Job Description

Farm Credit of Southern Colorado (FCSC) is seeking an M365 Systems Administrator to join our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and administering several IT systems and advancing the adoption of all M365 capabilities across the enterprise. This position is full time, working approximately 40 hours a week, and is benefit eligible. Occasional travel will be required to sufficiently support other locations within territory.

Position Purpose

The M365 Systems Administrator will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and administering several IT systems and advancing the adoption of all M365 capabilities across the enterprise.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Exchange

Overall administration of the Associations email communications systems including:

  • Setup and management of user accounts and mailboxes.
  • Setup and management of security, policies, licensing, and backup strategies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Setup and management of all ancillary systems including email encryption, spam filtering and management, phish reporting, malware filters, etc.
  • Provide general email support and training.

Teams

Overall administration of the Associations Teams environment including:

  • Setup and management of Teams VOIP, video conferencing, chat, and other Teams features.
  • Setup and management of security, policies, licensing, and backup strategies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Provide general Teams support and training.

SharePoint

Overall administration of the Associations SharePoint environment including:

  • Setup and management of SharePoint sites and features.
  • Setup and management of security, policies, licensing, and backup strategies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Provide general SharePoint support and training.

O365

Overall administration of the Associations O365 environment including:

  • Setup and management of O365 applications and features.
  • Setup and management of security, policies, licensing, and backup strategies.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Provide general O365 support and training.

Other Systems Administration

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining centralized hardware, software, and cloud solutions providing services to the Association.
  • Monitoring the performance and troubleshooting issues with aforementioned services.
  • Ensuring security and efficiency of aforementioned services.

QUALIFYING CHARACTERISTICS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of related experience as an M365 Administrator or similar role
  • Expertise in implementing and administering an Exchange email environment.
  • Proficiency in implementing and administering Teams, specifically Teams VOIP.
  • Skill in implementing and administering Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide user support and training.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Skill in creating and sustaining positive working relationships with co-workers

Salary Range: $70,000 to $110,000.

This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting. Actual salaries could vary and may be above or below the range as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2. Variation is based on various factors including but not limited to location, qualifications, experience, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. In addition, benefits for this position include medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k, tax advantage accounts, paid vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
